This is such a unique property! It was perfect for our family. We knew the weather was going to be cold and rainy for ~half our visit, but Jessica’s house did not disappoint. There is so much to do, which resulted in priceless family time. When the weather cleared, we fully enjoyed the outside amenities. The pickleball court, sauna, and hot tub were big hits. Jessica is a great communicator and enabled a memorable Spring Break for our kids.

We really enjoyed our stay and are glad we found this place! Jessica was super flexible, responsive, and very friendly. The house is very large with plenty of space, beds, bedrooms, and even bathrooms, and the surrounding lake and view are beautiful and peaceful. Our family thoroughly enjoyed the pickle ball court and kayaks along with the many other amenities. Thank you Jessica!

My group of 15 friends had an incredible time staying at Jessica’s home on the water. We went for my birthday & New Year’s Eve, and surprisingly it was warm enough to enjoy the outdoor amenities. We even had a pickleball tournament. When we got to the house, everyone was super impressed with the design, views & quality of all that the house had to offer. Would highly recommend Jessica’s stay to anyone!

We had an amazing time at this Airbnb! The waterfront location is beautiful, offering great views and a peaceful atmosphere. It was the perfect spot to relax and recharge. The amenities are what really made the stay special. The pickleball court was a standout feature, and we spent hours playing games there. Inside, the chess set, mini putting green, and arcade games kept everyone entertained. The movie theater was a great way to wind down in the evenings, with a comfortable setup and everything you’d need for a fun movie night. This place offers a perfect mix of relaxation and entertainment, making it a great spot for any group. Highly recommend it if you’re looking for a unique stay with plenty to do!

Perfect for a large family gathering! There is so much to do right on the property- kayaking, paddle boarding, pickle ball, mini golf, frisbee golf, nature walks, swimming in the bay, relaxing, and enjoying the beautiful views. The home is clean, beds are comfy, and there’s a full movie theater and arcade for the kiddos. Jessica was so responsive and helpful. We have the best time and hope to go back!

This place was awesome! There was so much to do we could hardly do it all. Place was real clean with plenty of room for everyone to sleep comfortably. The mattresses were very comfy as well. The arcade was pretty sweet as we spent a lot of our time in the basement playing air hockey and foosball. We were shocked to see a small mini golf course and life sized chess outside As that wasn’t advertised on the listing. We will definitely be booking this place again in the future

Jessica's place was perfect for our multiple family and generation group of 11. Wonderful location, beautiful views of the river and lots of space for our family to spread out. The activities in and outside the house on property where great. Had fun playing the arcade games, Yard chess, pickleball and Frisbee golf. A little to cold for the kayaks, maybe next time. Jessica was a great host, extremely responsive and helpful.

Jessica’s Waterfront Oasis was absolutely wonderful! We went there for a work retreat/ meetings. There was enough bedrooms and common area space for us all to feel comfortable. It was a great space inside and out to meet, eat together, and relax. Jessica was a great host and replied very quickly when I had a question. The water views from the deck and out the windows were amazing. In the evening we enjoyed the theater room and arcade! I would defiantly recommend this place to others.
