This is such a unique property! It was perfect for our family. We knew the weather was going to be cold and rainy for ~half our visit, but Jessica’s house did not disappoint. There is so much to do, which resulted in priceless family time. When the weather cleared, we fully enjoyed the outside amenities. The pickleball court, sauna, and hot tub were big hits. Jessica is a great communicator and enabled a memorable Spring Break for our kids.

What an unbelievable location, and worked out perfectly when we were provided a much needed respite from long road travel. Thanks to our hosts for the use of the beautiful property!!!

Amazing place. All the amenities are awesome and we had a great family time at Jessica's place. Will definitely go back there in the summer time to enjoy the lake.

We really enjoyed our stay and are glad we found this place! Jessica was super flexible, responsive, and very friendly. The house is very large with plenty of space, beds, bedrooms, and even bathrooms, and the surrounding lake and view are beautiful and peaceful. Our family thoroughly enjoyed the pickle ball court and kayaks along with the many other amenities. Thank you Jessica!

Great house in peaceful secluded location. Amenities galore, no shortage of activities on property. Host was very responsive and provided useful information upon booking. Our stay was in the middle of winter but didn’t stop us from enjoying the outdoor activities. Looking forward to booking again when we can utilize all the outdoor amenities in addition to all the indoor amenities.

My friend group and I stayed at Jessica’s place for New Year’s Eve and we absolutely loved it. You can’t beat the location on Lake Anna and the house inside and outside has endless amenities that kept us having a good time. Our favorite amenity was definitely the pickleball court. The outdoor bar was a really nice addition that would make for a great hangout spot during warmer months. Jessica was flexible, friendly, and responded quickly to all of our questions/concerns. I would definitely recommend staying at Jessica’s beautiful place!

My group of 15 friends had an incredible time staying at Jessica’s home on the water. We went for my birthday & New Year’s Eve, and surprisingly it was warm enough to enjoy the outdoor amenities. We even had a pickleball tournament. When we got to the house, everyone was super impressed with the design, views & quality of all that the house had to offer. Would highly recommend Jessica’s stay to anyone!

The house was fun and spacious. The lot was beautiful and there was a lot to do on the grounds. Our group had a blast on our friend holiday trip.

We had an amazing time at this Airbnb! The waterfront location is beautiful, offering great views and a peaceful atmosphere. It was the perfect spot to relax and recharge. The amenities are what really made the stay special. The pickleball court was a standout feature, and we spent hours playing games there. Inside, the chess set, mini putting green, and arcade games kept everyone entertained. The movie theater was a great way to wind down in the evenings, with a comfortable setup and everything you’d need for a fun movie night. This place offers a perfect mix of relaxation and entertainment, making it a great spot for any group. Highly recommend it if you’re looking for a unique stay with plenty to do!

The stay was awesome! Host was very responsive, beautiful home, with good privacy! Lots of amenities and activities on the property. Awesome bar by the lake. Was perfect for our little family reunion!
